ROBERTO GROSSI Nato a Roma nel 1957, Roberto Grossi ha una lunga esperienza di management culturale con particolare riferimento alle pubbliche istituzioni. Ha fondato Federculture, la Federazione Nazionale degli Enti e delle imprese che gestiscono servizi, attività culturali e del tempo libero per conto degli Enti locali e delle Regioni e ha ricoperto, sin dall'inizio, la carica di Segretario generale. Ha ideato e sottoscritto il Contratto collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro dei dipendenti dei servizi pubblici relativi alla cultura, allo spettacolo, al turismo, allo sport e al tempo libero quale strumento fondamentale per la valorizzazione della professionalità e delle gestioni autonome del settore. Esperto di gestione dei servizi pubblici ha coordinato numerosi progetti per conto di Comuni, Province e Regioni, in particolare nel campo dei beni culturali, dello spettacolo, del turismo e dell'ambiente, come la Campania Arte Card, primo sistema integrato realizzato tra amministrazione centrale, Regione, enti locali e privati. Vasta l'attività in campo editoriale che comprende, oltre alla direzione di riviste di economia, informazione e cultura, numerose pubblicazioni. Dal 2005 ricopre l'incarico di Direttore Generale della Fondazione Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. ROBERTO GROSSI Born in Rome in 1957, Roberto Grossi has a long experience in the management of cultural activities, with special reference to public institutions. He is the founder of Federculture, the Italian National Federation of Agencies and Companies managing services, cultural and leisure time activities on behalf of local and regional boards and institutions: he has since been the Secretary General of Federculture. He conceived and undertook the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Employment in the public services for culture, the show business, tourism, sports and leisure activities as a key instrument to enhance the profession and the autonomous management of this industry. He is an expert in the management of public services and a co-ordinator in numerous projects for municipal, provincial and regional boards, in particular in the field of the cultural heritage, the show business, tourism and the environment, such as the Campania Arte Card, the first integrated system implemented by the National Administration, the regional authorities, the local boards and the private sector. He has a vast experience as a leader writer, as well as being an editor in chief in numerous journals in the field of economics, information and culture.
